These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Crazy Explorer digital service, collectively referred to as the "Service".

By subscribing to or using The Crazy Explorer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before activating the service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service or complete the subscription process.

Important Subscription Notice

The Crazy Explorer is a paid subscription-based digital entertainment and educational service.

The Crazy Explorer is available to supported mobile users in Serbia. The subscription price depends on your mobile operator, and the subscription automatically renews every week until cancelled.

Current Serbia pricing:

MTS: 360 RSD per week
Yettel: 300 RSD per week

The applicable subscription price should also be displayed during the subscription process before you confirm your subscription.

You can cancel the subscription at any time using the cancellation method provided for your mobile operator.

2. About The Crazy Explorer

The Crazy Explorer is a subscription-based digital entertainment and educational service.

The service may provide access to quizzes, puzzles, educational games, knowledge tests, interactive challenges, and other digital entertainment and educational content.

Available content may change from time to time. The availability and functionality of certain content may depend on your device, browser, mobile operator or technical environment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to The Crazy Explorer. If you are under 18 years old, you may use the service only with the permission of your parent, legal guardian or the person responsible for paying the relevant mobile phone bill.

By subscribing, you confirm that you are authorised to use the mobile number provided, that you are authorised to incur charges through that mobile number, and that you understand The Crazy Explorer is a paid recurring subscription service.

4. Subscription Activation

To subscribe, you may be required to:

enter your mobile phone number;
follow the instructions displayed on the subscription page;
confirm your subscription through the mobile operator flow;
enter a PIN or OTP code received by SMS, where applicable.

Once the subscription has been successfully confirmed, access to The Crazy Explorer will be activated. The exact subscription flow may vary depending on your mobile operator.

5. Billing

Subscription charges are processed through your mobile operator. Depending on your mobile plan, charges may be deducted from your prepaid mobile balance, added to your postpaid mobile phone bill, or processed using another billing method supported by your mobile operator.

The Crazy Explorer does not directly process your mobile operator billing. Your mobile operator may apply its own billing conditions, technical requirements or restrictions.

6. Automatic Renewal

The Crazy Explorer is a recurring subscription service.

Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew every week at the applicable price:

MTS: 360 RSD per week
Yettel: 300 RSD per week

You are responsible for cancelling the subscription if you no longer wish to use the service.

7. Cancellation and Unsubscribe

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation procedures depend on your mobile operator.

Once cancellation has been successfully processed, your subscription will stop renewing. Depending on your operator and billing cycle, access may remain available until the end of the already paid subscription period.

8. Refunds and Billing Issues

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once access to the service has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where a refund is approved due to a technical or billing error.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact customer support at [email protected]. You may also need to contact your mobile operator for issues related specifically to carrier billing.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep The Crazy Explorer available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, network issues, mobile operator issues, updates, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use The Crazy Explorer only for lawful and personal purposes. You must not:

attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
interfere with the operation or security of the service;
copy, reproduce or distribute protected content without permission;
use automated systems to access or extract content;
attempt to reverse engineer the service;
use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available through The Crazy Explorer, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, logos, user interface elements, games, quizzes, software, images and other digital materials, is owned by, licensed to or otherwise lawfully used by Inspiritum LTD.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

12. Third-Party Services

The Crazy Explorer may rely on third-party services, including mobile operators, hosting providers, technical infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and payment and billing partners.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. Inspiritum LTD is not responsible for outages, failures or other issues caused solely by third-party systems outside its reasonable control.

13. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for information about what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your privacy rights.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inspiritum LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update or change The Crazy Explorer from time to time, including changes to content, features, design, technical functionality, supported devices, and service availability. Where required by law, users will be informed of material changes affecting their subscription.

We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on the website. If changes materially affect your rights or subscription, we may provide additional notice where required by applicable law.

Continued use of the service following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms where legally permitted.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
